We love this time of year. The start of a new year brings new possibilities, exciting projects and a chance to add new style into our homes. Last year we were loving statement sofas, geometric patterns and mid century modern elements. More Mid Century Modern
Teak and mid century modern furniture has been flying out of our stores recently! This was a trend predicted early in 2015 and we are loving that it is still going strong in 2016. Mid-century modern furniture was all about simplicity, clean lines, organic lines and of course quality construction. It was design ahead of its time and now it has come full circle!
Matching Sets
While we are still loving an eclectic mix of furniture, we’ve been noticing more matching bedroom and dining sets sell at our stores. Having matching or similar style pieces in a bedroom can help make your space seem more uniform and allows you to be more adventurous with textiles and decor.
Black & White
Black and white will probably never completely go out of style, but we are so glad to see it predicted as a trend for 2016. Decorating with black and white elements is great and easy! They “go” with absolutely everything.

House Beautiful named consignment as a huge trend to watch for in 2016. Buying and selling second-hand furniture has become so popular in the last couple years and we are proud to be a part of this movement.
